What Is Tietze Syndrome?
Tietze Syndrome is a rare inflammatory condition that causes pain, tenderness, and swelling around one or more of the upper ribs where they connect to the breastbone. The pain is usually felt in the front of the chest and may become worse with movement, deep breathing, coughing, or pressure over the affected area.
